I typically respond within 24–48 hours. If it's been longer, check your spam folder—sometimes my emails decide to hide there.

What to include in your message:

For order issues:

• Your order number (check your confirmation email)
• What's wrong (damaged item, wrong size, never arrived, etc.)
• Photos if something's broken or misprinted

For general questions:

• Whatever you want to know. I'm happy to talk about photography, products, where specific shots were taken, or why I think beetles are underrated.

For wholesale/retail partnerships:

• Your shop name and location
• What products you're interested in carrying
• Rough idea of order volume

For press/media inquiries:

• What you're working on
• Your deadline
• What you need from me (interview, images, product samples, etc.)

I don't have a physical storefront (this is a one-person operation run between hikes), but if you're local and want to see products in person before ordering, send me an email and we'll figure something out.
