How long does it take to process my order?

Production times vary by product type:

  • Metal Wall Art: 3–4 business days
  • Canvas Prints: 3–5 business days
  • Posters & Paper Prints: 2–4 business days
  • Home Décor & Accessories: 3–6 business days
  • Candles: 1–3 business days
  • Stickers: 1 business day

Production time does not include shipping time. During busy seasons—holidays, Wyoming tourism peak—things might run a day or two longer. I'll keep you in the loop.

How long does shipping take?

Once it leaves my hands:

  • Domestic (US): 3–7 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

These are estimates. Sometimes USPS moves like a startled antelope. Sometimes they move like lichen growing on a rock. Customs can also slow things down if you're international—just part of the adventure.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking number. Click it. Watch the little map dot inch closer to you. Obsessively refresh if that's your thing—I completely understand.

Do you ship internationally?

Yep. Most countries, anyway.

Shipping cost and delivery time get calculated at checkout based on where you are. If the system won't let you order to your country, email me at info@wyoraw.com and I'll see what I can figure out.

Can I cancel or change my order?

It's tricky. Print on Demand means your order goes into the queue pretty much immediately. That said, if you email me by 6:00 PM MST on the day you ordered, I may be able to catch it in time.

No promises—but I'll give it my best shot. In the meantime, double-check your size, address, and design choice before you hit "Place Order." Future you will thank present you.

What if my item arrives damaged or wrong?

Email me at info@wyoraw.com within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the problem. If it's damaged, defective, or I somehow sent you the wrong thing entirely, I'll make it right—replacement or refund, your call. No runaround, no guilt trip.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange if something's genuinely wrong—defective print, damaged in shipping, wrong item.

To be eligible, items need to be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Returned with your order number included

One thing worth knowing: because every piece is made to order, I'm not able to accept returns for a change of heart. But if there's a real quality issue? I've got you covered, no questions asked.
