📦 How does print on demand work?

All of our products are made to order. Once you place an order, it goes into production specifically for you. This allows us to offer unique designs without overproducing inventory.

⏱️ What are your production times?

Production times vary by product type:

• Metal Wall Art: 3–4 business days
• Canvas Prints: 3–5 business days
• Posters & Paper Prints: 2–4 business days
• Home Décor & Accessories: 3–6 business days
• Candles: 1-3 business days
• Stickers: 1 business day

Production time does not include shipping time.

🚚 How long does shipping take?

Shipping times depend on your location and selected shipping method:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
• Express Shipping: 2–5 business days (where available)

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.

🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping times may vary due to customs processing and local postal services.

❌ Can I cancel or change my order?

Because all items are made to order, we can only cancel or modify orders prior to 5:30 pm MST day of purchase. After that, the order may already be in production.

🔁 Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right.

🎨 Will the colors look exactly like on my screen?

We do our best to accurately display colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process.

🛠️ What if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, please email us with:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
